Service Description

This is a 6-8-12 week performance training program with 6 phases of training for ages 10-16 years old and up! ( 4-6 participants per class) The phases are Preparation, Anaerobic Endurance, Hypertrophy Strength, Integrated Strength, Strength-Power, and Sport Power!

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged for no shows for Personal Training Sessions! No refunds, you'll receive a credit for all monthly remaining sessions in the event that you stop training for medical or personal reasons!
