Take your training to another level by doing sport specific & performance training at the highest level! This type of training has 6 phases that focus on Preparation, Anaerobic Endurance, Hypertrophy Strength, Integrated Strength, Strength-Power, and Sport Power! This is a 6 or 12 week program class wise!

 

*Registration is required to take this program!  

$70 for a hourly training session

$35 for a 30 minute training session
