This is a 6-8-12 week performance training program with 6 phases of training for ages 10-16 years old and up! (4-6 participants per class) The phases are Preparation, Anaerobic Endurance, Hypertrophy Strength, Integrated Strength, Strength-Power, and Sport Power! **RVSP**
