About the Event
This event is about becoming a healthier you! These are the following guidelines to follow to take advantage of this awesome challenge! *No sodas, energy drinks, chips, candy, bread, pasta ,rice, alcohol, fried food, processed food,salt (use sea salt instead), little to no sugar!* Do 3-4 days of strength training a week, 30 min. of cardio 4-6 times a week!* *Drink regular coffee no sugar or creamer, 3.5 liters of water daily (add a lemon), a smoothie filled with green vegetables (spinach, kale, broccoli), fruit (strawberries blue berries, bananas), and whey or casein protein smoothie! *Aim for 7-8 of sleep daily!* *Take 1 multivitamin pill or tablet daily!* *Eat at least 5x a day (3 meals and 2 snacks)* *Eat at least 25 grams of fiber daily!* *Snack on low fat yogurt, alomonds, walnuts, celery sticks, watermelon, apples, or fruit of coice daily!* *Watch 15 minutes - 1 hour of comedy a day!* Good luck!
